The demand is so frequent, Vossen now keeps IN STOCK wheels for the new Lamborghini URUS and Rolls-Royce Wraith: not bad! Raw material ready to be shaped into customer's inquiry! Crazy to think that production delays aren't that long considering all the workload. Cast wheels (that still needs sometimes redrill and/or refinishing/powdercoating etc.) takes 3-4 weeks, custom 3-piece wheels takes 8-12 weeks. I can say that this is quite fast, considering all the measurements, machining and processes the wheel has to go through! Thumbs up! Attention to details was what hit us during the visit. There's TON of manual work done in the process in order to get the perfect final touch before final finish (either polished, powdercoated, chromed, +). Here we are in the powdercoating booth, where the magic happens! Thanks again for the tour and taking the time to explain the complete process a wheel goes through before heading out to a future customer! It was a real pleasure.
